Expedited shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

Please note: cookies are perishable. We ship with care, but we recommend choosing expedited shipping during warm weather months to minimize heat exposure in transit.

Packaging All orders are carefully packaged to protect your cookies during transit. During warmer months, we take extra precautions — but we cannot guarantee condition if packages are left unattended at the delivery location for extended periods.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused by extreme weather once the order has left our facility. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the situation.
